When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

Sub-processors and Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform. Each is bound by contractual data protection obligations:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Clerk — customer authentication and account management
• Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery
• Vercel — website and application hosting
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud infrastructure underlying the platform
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI processing for platform features (Customer Data sent to these providers is governed by our data processing terms)

Other Disclosures

• Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or regulatory request
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality protections
• With your consent: For any other purpose you explicitly authorize

5. Cookies

8. HIPAA and Healthcare Data

QuickCloud serves healthcare organizations and understands the sensitivity of protected health information (PHI). We do not permit processing of PHI through our platform without an executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Healthcare customers requiring a BAA should contact us at security@quickcloud.co before using our platform with any patient or health data.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy law (including CCPA for California residents and GDPR for individuals in the EEA/UK), including:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information

• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send
