How Billing Works
Plans
QuickCloud offers four bundles and an Enterprise tier. Annual billing saves 20% versus monthly.

Annual pricing applies a 20% discount to individual products as well.
What's always included
Every paid subscription includes:
- AI Gateway — all AI inference costs are bundled; no separate Anthropic or OpenAI API keys required
- Private Docker registry access — pull images for all products in your plan
- SaaS hosting — for SaaS/PaaS plans, QuickCloud runs the platform at no extra cost
- Multi-cloud support — deploy to AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Audit logs, RBAC, encryption at rest and in transit
- SSO / SCIM (Full Platform and Enterprise)
The AI Gateway
QuickCloud proxies all AI calls through a tenant-isolated Gateway, routing to the appropriate model per product:

You don't need API keys for either provider — all usage is metered through your subscription.

Billing cycle and invoices
- Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annual)
- Invoices are emailed by Stripe on each renewal date
- Payment methods and past invoices are managed from the billing portal (link in your customer portal)
- Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year
Switching plans
- Upgrades take effect immediately; the difference is prorated
- Downgrades (e.g., Full Platform → Cloud Ops after migration completes) take effect at the next billing cycle
- No penalty or lock-in on any self-serve plan
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Docker registry credentials are revoked at period end.
